AZ can’t fly for shit, because the fins don’t flap, but it can sort-of slow it’s fall and sometimes glide pretty well depending on it’s state of physiology. mostly it uses the wings in a reduced form for nonverbal communication and avoids heights.

the hand-wing is formed of two fused and lengthened fingers and they’re usually folded back while gliding and only stretched out for climbing, landing, steering, and balance.
