Review:

I used this diffuser for a little while and let me just say I absolutely love it. Its quiet but still provides a gentle hum for white noise which makes it perfect for studying if you don’t like complete silence. I love how you can change the light colours because I can change it depending on the mood or let it carousel through the various colour options. The only problem I've run into is after a few weeks of using it, the humming noise has increased in volume. But it goes away about 5-10 minutes after I start running it. My final word is that it's a must have for anyone. Its an affordable price for students, I mean you can't beat $15! Plus, the oils can be purchased at local grocery stores for $3-4USD. 

Benefits whilst studying:

Inhaling a mix of essential oils can help to focus your mind and increase alertness whilst studying. Some oils have 'cephalic' properties which mean they actually help to stimulate the mind and improve memory and concentration levels.

Diffusing peppermint oil while you study can help you stay focused and alert without feeling sleepy and it also increases retention rates so you can soak up as much information from your study material as you can. I personally use peppermint all the time.

Sage essential oil is good for mental balance and is a powerful aid for mental fatigue so it’s especially useful when you’re swamped with a lot of work and your brain feels fried.

of course, there are more essential oils you can use but these are my favourites!
