FRIDAY | MAY 18th | 7PM | Fulton Park The Running Edge and Black Men Run New York City will be getting together to do one last Shakeout Run in the historically black neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant. We will be paying homage to the great Malcolm X as it is his birthday weekend and paying tribute to the Haitian Revolution, as May 18th is Haitian Flag Day. We will begin with some dynamic stretches, drills and do a nice 2.5 mile run at a group pace; beginning and ending in Fulton Park (Fulton Street l Stuyvesant Ave).
