This ~Totally~ counts as my 100 words a day thing.

Essential Oils - This bitch loves essential oils. She ain’t the most educated on them all but she loves the smell and how relaxing they can be, and how they can aid in certain ailments and stuff. As her awareness grows, she turns to more natural solutions to everything in life.

Mediation - She’d be breathing into a paper bag 24/7 if Tara didn’t have meditation. It’s a work in progress; some days are easier than others and sometimes she just FORGETS to meditate, and then things go crazy and then eventually she’s like “oh yeah i should do that” and feels better.

Baseball - Not necessarily the most athletic person out there, but Tara used to play baseball as a kid and she was pretty good at it. Her anxiety has kept her from trying out for teams or joining a house league, but she secretly really wants to do it again one day.

Research - Tara has done a lot of research into conspiracy theories, aliens, the history of the world, the paranormal, etc. Sometimes the paranormal stuff freaks her out but she does not accept the world at face value and always feels like there is something more. She spends a lot of time watching documentaries or reading on the internet.

Style - She’s got her own sense of style, which is oddly stylish? Her sister kinda forced her to learn pattern and colour combinations at a young age so she wouldn’t embarrass her at school by looking homeless. Tara loves nothing more than a comfy pair of jeans and a thick cardigan. Layers are her safety. Layers are love.

Imma take a nap before I have to get up and celebrate my sister's birthday. I don't want to bring down her special day, just because I'm having one of those days. Tomorrow, they are suppose to be putting me on another type of depression medicine, so yay for that. It's suppose to help, since it helps my mom's manic depression, so maybe it can help me too idk. So Imma get some sleep and try my hardest to be happy for sissy, since she's excited for finally turning 19. Here goes nothing owo
