Date Night in Höllvania

Albrecht Entrati and Loid spend a night out in Höllvania, celebrating the ancient Earth holiday of Venusia. I like to think what with Albrecht going back and forth before his permanent temporal relocation, that he took Loid to see the past and help test the (benevolently) tech-adjusted atomicycle. Made for Alloid Fest 2026!

Kitbashing Loid's livery was by far the most complex bit of construction I've done in Hero Forge so far. I'm not sure what the exact number of pieces is the limit for kitbashing in Hero Forge, but I am at the absolute max with this figure! I had to make some sacrifices in game-model accuracy to fit everything, especially with all the extra gold bits on Loid's outfit, and making his leather footie suit all one piece. But I'm pretty pleased with how it came out in the end!

Albrecht's coat ended up having to be pretty deformed to look nice and dramatic with the extreme foreshortening I wanted to do in the final image.

I went through a few iterations of Loid's lapels before settling on a pair of scimitars with the handles hidden in his chest. I finally had to give up having his collar fastened like it is in-game, and decided heck, he's off duty he's probably had a few drinks in one of Höllvania's trendiest nightclubs he can undo his collar. His oculus is made out of pliers, ski goggles, and earrings. To save kitbashing space I had to give up on making custom gauntlets for him and try to approximate as best I could with the off-the-shelf options from Hero Forge.

One of the first lighting tests I did while I was still blocking out the kitbashing, figuring out which captura scene I was going to use.
