The community pool finally opens. The teens are excited to have a new hangout.
“Bastet, wake up, dinner time!”
Huh? Human, what’s the occasion? Not that I don’t appreciate that my training must’ve finally pulled off, but it’s not lobster Sunday?
Oh well, what gives. Good human, finally treating me like the lady that I am.
“Who’s the best little kitty in the world?”
Ugh, language human.
“Who is?”
Damn right I am.
“Who is the best little kitty in the world that does not mind moving to the desert with me?”
Wait, what?!
What? Moving? To the desert? I’m not made for the weather! Where will I get my food - Is... is this lobster a bribe? I don’t want bribe lobster!
Tarek Lari Tarek wanted to start a successful telescopes retail business on his own. Everything was prepared, but Tarek did something that was not-so wise. While testing the telescopes, a strange figure of light appeared and took him away. He was very embarrassed, so embarrassed that he has ran away from home. Now he ended up being in Sedona. If he wouldn't have tested the telescopes, he would already have started with his very own retail business.

Stories: Tarek Lari Memories:
Penny finally settles into her new home and later goes into labor
The first day in Sedona was quiet. The weekend stretched ahead of Penny like the road-uneventful and still. There was a gas station. A small diner. A handful of scattered houses, and a cemetery Dr. Major hadn’t seemed to want to talk about. Penny stared at her boxes, at her empty new trailer, and stepped outside. She walked to the end of the street. She walked to the gas station. She walked to the next clump of houses squatting together near the water tower. A single car rumbled down the road. The sound of an opening door had Penny’s head turning, and the sim who stepped out into his front yard to gather the paper stared at her.
Penny waved. “Good afternoon!”
He hesitated. “Good afternoon?” he said, a little uncertain. He cast a quick glance down the street before taking a step back.
“I’m sorry, I don’t think I’ve seen you before, and I’ve literally met everyone.”
She laughed. “I’m Dr. Penny Weiss.”
He seemed relieved at that, and wandered closer, holding out a hand. “Ah, Doctor! I’m Tarek Lari. I suppose I’ll be seeing you Monday.”
“You can count on it.”
Tarek smiled, shook her hand again, and awkwardly stepped back, apologizing. “It’s too hot,” he said, inching back toward his front door. Penny nodded.
“I better head on home, anyway. See you Monday!”
The afternoon heat seemed to creep higher and higher, along with a cramping pain in her back, and by the time Penny arrived home, she wanted nothing more than to crawl into a cold bath. She crawled into bed instead, exhausted, only to wake up to contractions hours later.
Farah and Malik age up.
Tarek: “Good morning, Bastet.”
Bastet: Silence, sim! I cannot afford to be distracted. This blue bird mocks me. No matter how much I swat it away, it always returns.
Tarek swings by Red Diner. Bastet comes with him. It’s important for a mayor to be visible in the community.
Bastet: I hate sand.
