You can decide everything - from size of the bullseye to how many target faces to line width...
Only downside - no more than one color. Meaning, you can fill in the single rings with color and you can decide which rings specifically are to be filled in and which are to be left blank, but you can only pick one color for all the rings that are supposed to be filled. I solved this little problem by leaving everything blank, downloading the target face and filling in the colors with paint/photoshop/whatever.
