I’m about to begin a new novel, so I thought I would check in and ask the cards “What do you I need to know about my relationship with writing?” I drew the 3 of Wands from Tarot 33.6, the Page of Swords from The SPT 33.6 Transitions Tarot and the King of Pentacles from Sawyers Path Tarot. I’m constantly searching for my next project and try to grab hold of them all at once and take them all on at the same time. I keep going until I need to focus on grounding myself once more. 🌟 I have been trying to learn all about balance and I’ve been trying to find moment of joy in my craft again, so I asked the cards “How can I change my relationship with writing?” I drew the King of Pentacles from the Tarot 33.6, Justice from the SPT 33.6 Transitions Tarot and the Emperor from Sawyers Path Tarot. I need to ground myself first, find balance between my craft and the other elements of my life and make those elements part of the foundations that I build my new relationship with writing on. 🌟 I can’t give all of myself to my craft. This evening, I asked the cards “What’s my relationship with self care?” 🌟 Often, I look for external sources for self care when what I should be doing is looking within. I’m very good at loving others, but not myself because I have always done this to fix a problem and make others happy. I’m forgetting about myself in the long run and then when I do, it’s a rush to give myself that self care I need until I burn myself out. 🌟 I need to make self care part of the foundations of my health so that I have the stability to work on finding my balance and my footing. I need to take a restful stance to this. Self care shouldn’t be stressful or emotionally taxing. It should be enjoyable and blissful. I’m over thinking it. This evening, I asked the cards “What is my relationship with balance?” I drew The Wheel of Fortune from the Tarot 33.6, the 10 of Swords from the SPT 33.6 Tarot Transitions and the 5 of Swords from the Sawyer’s Path Tarot. 🌟 I am always on this cycle of the wheel, turning and turning, always trying to do too much until I become exhausted, and I have no choice but to stop. Even then, I’m trying to hold on to everything as if to prove that I’m living a full and rewarding life, no matter the cost to myself. 🌟 I asked the cards “How do I go about achieving balance?” I drew the Knight of Wands from the Tarot 33.6, the 4 of Pentacles from the SPT 33.6 Tarot Transitions and 10 of Cups from the Sawyer’s Path Tarot. 🌟 I need to choose a different direction for myself and look towards the future. Tomorrow is a gift. I also need to find my stability and my balance so that I can find absolute joy.
