A delicious and easy-to-make sushi roll featuring spicy tuna and creamy avocado.
Ingredients: 2 cups sushi rice. 3 tablespoons rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 teaspoon salt. 4 sheets nori seaweed. 1/2 pound sushi-grade tuna. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce. 1 avocado, sliced. Soy sauce, for serving. Pickled ginger, for serving. Wasabi, for serving.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until the sugar and salt are gone. Mix into rice that's already cooked. On a bamboo sushi mat, put a sheet of nori. Make a thin layer of rice and put it on top of the nori. Leave a little space around the edges. Dice the tuna and put it in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and Sriracha! Cover the rice with the spicy tuna mix. Put slices of avocado on top of the tuna. Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tightly. With a sharp knife, cut the roll into 8 equal pieces. Soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi should be served with it.
