You can put this Roast Beef Sandwich between two slices of your favorite bread and fill it with savory roast beef, creamy Swiss cheese, fresh arugula, and tangy Dijon mustard.
Ingredients: 8 slices of roast beef. 4 slices of your favorite bread. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. 1 cup arugula. 1 tomato, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: On one side of every slice of bread, spread mayonnaise. Spread mustard on the other side of every piece of bread. On four pieces of bread, arrange slices of roast beef, Swiss cheese, arugula, and tomato. Add pepper and salt. Add the last few slices of bread on top. Serve the sandwiches by cutting them in half.
