Instructions: Put different kinds of cured meats on a big grazing table, like Prosciutto, Salami, and Chorizo. Place chunks of Manchego cheese and crumbled Feta cheese around the meats. In different parts of the table, put bowls of olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Put small bowls of hummus with dollops of it in them.
