Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 2 scallions, finely chopped. 1-inch piece of ginger, grated. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp fish sauce. 1 tsp sesame oil. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced cucumber. Sriracha mayo for topping.
Instructions: Add the egg, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, scallions, ginger, garlic, and ground chicken to a bowl. Mix everything together well, then form it into 4 burger patties. Warm up the grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are lightly browned. Put Sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Then put a lettuce leaf, a chicken patty, sliced cucumber, and the top bun on top of that. Enjoy your Thai Chicken Burger while it's still hot!
