Dance is my therapy, it heals me when I need a cure. Its the only language I speak. I could spend hours writing about how dance has influenced my life but iv done that enough in previous posts. There isn't enough words to describe the feeling I get when I dance but I assure you its the only thing that feels like home. During this tough time we all face mental demons, this would be the perfect time to turn to dance as a source of sanity and stability. I miss being able to create a canvas of visual art. Let's keep inspiring one another during this apocalyptic time
