This cover up is the EXACT reason what's WRONG with our industry right now, this client had (top left pic) two existing tattoos (flower is completely "blown out" , when a tattooer goes to deep & the ink spreads under the skin), she went to another female tattooer locally in St Pete, whom told her she could 100% cover both tattoos for $500 - the end result of the tattooers work (bottom left pic), CRAP! she took on a project she KNEW she couldn't handle or do a good job but took that money & tattooed the client anyway. This client gets married in less than two weeks all she wanted was a nice tattoo for her special day, her finance brought her to me. I was so happy I could help this woman achieve her goals for her special day, I fixed her up for $200! Yes $200! It makes me sick how many tattooers don't care about the end result, but just gotta have that money. I'm not an amazing tattooer by any means, I've been tattooing 15 years, I can do a fully color saturated tattoo that's solid.
