((I don't know if you're online, but consider this: Thranduil seeing Legolas in the Undying Lands again after he fades and is reincarnated -- assuming elves who fade are reincarnated -- and Lego seeing his granddad there. There CAN be happiness after all the hear-wrenching despair.))
{ugh yes I hope so — though I always understood it that staying in Middle Earth wouldn’t make the elves fade as in dying, but rather turn into some kind of forest spirits? I’m not sure how the exact quote goes and I may have misunderstood. I hope I did because reuniting with the elves who have sailed is the only way it’s tolerable O.O
(yes, and his grandmother, and his grandparents on his mother’s side, assuming they’re dead, and also his mother, if she’s dead, or fades or if she sails. I actually don’t know:/// But I guess eventually as those who are dead reincarnates, because I have a feeling Oropher won’t be for some time, the whole family will be reunited)
there is definitely some happiness there if you looked closely}
