Third and last gay ships post! Next will be the "straight" ships post ("straight" because though the relationships are of opposite genders, the cats in the relationships are LGBTQ+) which is almost done I just have to draw the flowers

I feel like some of these ships may need a bit more explanations so here:

Thrushcall x Pebblenose: two cats from the recently released StormClan's Folly preview! Pebblenose was Galestar's former mate, and is now said to spend most of his time with Thrushcall, and seems much happier, sort of implying the may be in a relationship. It's mentioned Pebblenose has fertility issues, so I made him intersex.

Tawnypelt x Nightcloud: I started out shipping this out of spite because of Crowfeather x Tawnypelt being hinted at in the new arc but I do think they could actually be a good match. Old ladies who don't take shit!!

Spotfur x Sunbeam: after Nightheart leaves Sunbeam once again, this time to join RiverClan as a spy (in my rewrite, Frostpaw and Whistlepaw go on the journey), she grows close with Spotfur, bonding over the connection Sunbeam feels with her kits after her first trial. They help each other through their individual grief and become mates.

Riverstar x Whistle: Whistle is a cat introduced in Riverstar's Home, who River Ripple basically nurses back to health and also calls handsome. In my rewrite Whistle stays in RiverClan and becomes Riverstar's mate.

Billystorm x Leafstar x Echosong: specifically, both Billystorm and Echosong are dating Leafstar, but they aren't dating each other. Idk I just think it's cute. Also I like Bonefall's idea that Firestar and Sandstorm forgot to mention the "medicine cats can't have mates rule" which I lowkey also want to have happen in my rewrite. But I think that Leafstar was also very open minded in this stage of her life and could have questioned the rule. In any case, this ship is canon in my rewrite, as are all the other ones on this page and most of the other ships I've posted on the other two pages.

Fernsong x Ivypool: Fernsong actually has a very different backstory in my rewrite. She used to be a loner who hung out around the twolegplace and was friends with a lot of kittypets, but didn't want to settle down. After the flood in Bramblestar's Storm, she travels with Jessy, Frankie, and Minty to ThunderClan and decides to join. Ivypool initially is a bit disdainful of her, because despite being a loner, she took food from twolegs, but Fernsong loves to help and eventually wins Ivypool over with her charm.

I think we should all start shipping Tawnypelt and Nightcloud actaully. Tawnypelt should date Crowfeather for like, one moon before realizing he sucks and going for his ex instead.
