Tayasan councilor, now confirmed positive in Dumaguete City [#FinalReportonOneNETnews]
DUMAGUETE, NEGROS ORIENTAL -- As we are down to it's final conclusions, you might remember in our previous news report from this one... We have newest local information straight from the Press Briefing and a Conference, as based from the Facebook posts altogether.
The actual 62 y/o male councilor victim is officially confirmed positive on Coronavirus Disease-19 (CoViD-19) from Tayasan, Negros Oriental overnight. But first, let's start all that from scratch.
Before the virus starts from the Wuhan's virus worldwide, this happened on February 26th, 2020 from 2 weeks ago on Wednesday; as Dr. Liland Estacion (Provincial Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit) stated in. A Tayasan councilor is completely traveled to Metro Manila alone, followed by the national hotel by checking in and back upon arrival. He's planning the exact schedule for tomorrow at the 11th National Congress of the Philippine Councilors League in SMX Convention Center; here in Pasay, Manila in a 2-day event from 7am to 9pm (Manila local time).
Couple of days later as Dr. Liland Estacion adds... He is visted to Brgy. Greenhills, San Juan, Manila to it's destination by Taxi for 33mins., which is classified by going shopping at the decent mall of Greenhils for a possible Pasalubong at home. A single weekend later, he is checking out a national hotel and gets home safely in a half-hour destination at Ninoy Aquino International Airport's morning flight to Dumaguete City for an hour and a quarter minutes alone between 7am onwards to 8:30am (Dumaguete local time).
The last event himself on Monday by March 2nd, 2020 when the morning flight was ended unnoticed without checking the health problems... He is finally attended to the SB Session & Recognition Ceremony somewhere in Western Nautical Highway here in Tayasan.
Fortunately in the next day on his hometown of Tayasan, the CoViD-19 has started himself a symptom to Diarrhea & Body Malaise. He is admitted & taken for a two and a half-hour ambulance drive to ACE Doctors Hospital in Brgy. Daro, Dumaguete City (even the Provincial Hospital in North, National Highway) but... it's a no-go for that. The doctors are completely recommended to the Intensive Care Unit at the Silliman University Medical Center for it's last destination for the another 4min. ambulance drive.
As it reached to it's final destination during the continuation for the Tayasan councilor victim of CoViD-19 in Aldecoa Road in the same barangay of Dumaguete... He is now onto the emergency room to the ICU immediately at SUMC.
Moments later, the results are in (straight from the SUMC bulletin)... Immediately before the Intensive Care Unit, he is now on the Isolation Room to examine everything. A regular & oral nasopharyngeal specimen (for the nose & throat on swab) will be sent directly to the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine. Almost around 36hrs. later, it's a genuine positive CoViD-19. The Tayasan councilor is ending up a severe Pneumonia. We are not kidding, really. He does NOT have a travel history since the Tayasan councilor are straight from the regular flight alone on his first time.
So there you go. That is what is wrong to his councilor of Tayasan in Negros Oriental alone.
Meanwhile on the other side in this CoViD-19 virus... Contact Tracing will begin this Wednesday night. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental wishes to be advised that you cannot be panic & freaked out. It is undergoing for a top situational priority and the health investigation is currently ongoing. Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office-PNP & Criminal Investigation and Detection Group must be contacted these individuals as soon as possible.
In a press conference on Thursday morning starting at 10am (Dumaguete local time)... The hospitals are in for the classifed role of Level 2 & 3. Unfortunately in public, the name of a male victim of Tayasan councilor... will remain withheld by now. Not only that as according to Dr. Kenneth Coo, he is now confirmed alive and still hanging on for life on-the-spot.
ACE Doctors Hospital has an honest clear statement about the Tayasan councilor...
To end this conclusion so far, here are the vacant hospital bed listings in Dumaguete City if they deters where there is a certified Patient Under Investigation & Person Under Monitoring:
*Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital are 45 beds to accommodate.
*Holy Child Hospital are 2 beds to accommodate.
and
*Silliman University Medical Center & ACE Doctors Hospital are 7 beds to accommodate.
That leaves on him finally, to get some rest until then... for the Tayasan councilor's illness to clear out a possible incubation & family support, while waiting for a cure in Negros Oriental.
In behalf from our news team of OneNETnews... OneNETtv Channel cares for the illness issue of CoViD-19. We'll leave you with the Obligatory Prayer, known as Oratio Imperata in Latin.
