Minor spoilers for TAZ:
I have no evidence to back this up, but that whole section of Brian fits Ghirahim from Legend of Zelda so damn well, and no one can prove me wrong

hallo hallo, velcome to my cave
Just got into The Magnus Archives recently. So I want to try to categorize TAZ villians as the 14 fears for fun. I don't know if someone already did this so I'm going to do it.
This is just me thinking what fears match them best in my opinion. Feel free to comment your own ideas.
Spoilers for TAZ Balance and Amnesty, and The Magnus Archives below.
Balance Arc
Magic Brian: I can't really think of one for him. Possibly The Web, but that really isn't right. Maybe The Spiral for trying to trick the main trio with his final riddle. But yeah that's all I got on him.
Jenkins: The Spiral definitely fits, using illusion magic and all, The Flesh could be because of the meat monsters, though that feels like a bit of a stretch.
Sloan: Maybe The Hunt or The Slaughter, because she gets more violent under the Gaia Belt influence. Another one could be The Vast, since it's avatars tend to control the weather.
Lucas: The Stranger, that which isn't human but acts as such. Puppets and dolls, and in this case robots. Even though they have human souls inside I think it fits pretty well. Even has a loved one who's no longer the person they knew in a sense. Lucas's mom is that in a way, when she came back she wasn't fully his mother anymore. Another one he could be is The End.
June: The Eye, watching everything unfold loop after loop. Also how the cup looked through their memories and showed them the worst moment of their lives, which kinda reminds me of something one of the avatars for The Eye did to some characters. The End could it, for not wanting the people of Refuge to die. The Lonely could it for separating Refuge from the rest of the world, but that might be a bit of a stretch.
The Litches: The Spiral, for trapping people in a maze that seems to never end, repeating rooms. Reminds me of the endless hallway of the avatar of The Spiral, they even feed off their victims. Also could be The Stranger, though that is really only cause of the manaquins. Another could be The Desolation for wanting to hurt others and have other people hurt each other just cause they can.
John/The Hunger: The Vast. Fear of your insignificance in existence, of how vast existence is, how it continues on for forever. I think it fits him perfectly. Some other ones could be The Dark, since he is a large dark mass that bleeds darkness into the worlds. Another could be The Eye, for the eyes that open on the Hunger, and his watchful scouts.
Amnesty
The Beast: The Hunt, as it's made of animals, and is hunting people. The Corruption is another option, as it servants seem almost as if they have some sort of disease.
Water Monster: The Hunt maybe. Since it seems to hunt down those it targets. Can't really think of another one.
The Tree: The Slaughter for wanting to kill indiscriminately. Also maybe The End.
The Shapeshifter: The Stranger, since they take the place of other people. I think it fits perfectly for them. Maybe The Lonely as another one since it isolated Ned from the others pretty well.
The Quell: The Desolation for wanting to others around it and kill everything. Could be also The Slaughter for the same reason.
That's all I got.
I suppose no introductions will be necessary.
I would like to know who you are though.
a bunch of requests from my instagram!
(long id under the cut)
My brother called me drunk last night and pitched me a live action movie about Magic Brian where he’s played by Ryan Reynolds, and Spider Bryan is voiced by Kevin Hart, and the whole thing is directed by Tim Burton
🕸️ The Black Spider 🕸️
This is gonna sound absurd but consider
What if
Magic Brian's fiance
Was Jenkins
