taako and kravitz have the funniest relationship timeline in every continuity . like we all know and love taako yanking them out of the "mortal enemies" zone into boyfriends within the span of like an hour. but i did always assume they went on a solid amount of dates in the following months before dramatically declaring their love for one another in the finale

but maybe fucking not because graphic novel taako and kravitz are like. kravitz asks if he can call taako moments after deciding he isnt going to kill him. presumably he then does but its implied they havent seen each other in person at all since then, two months later, when kravitz visits taako about refuge. and then at the beginning of the suffering game, about half a year out from their first meeting, mind, theyve been on so few dates that taako hesitates to assume theyll be going on another. a less mutually insane couple might hesitate to even consider themselves boyfriends.

however when kravitz calls him the next day taako refers to him as "the ol ball and chain" which is . generally used by married couples. and then what cant be more than 24 hours later kravitz just like in the podcast declares his love for taako.
