And THAT concludes my case study/blog on Nintendo’s history and social media presence. To whomever viewed this, I hope you enjoyed this, and possibly learned a thing or two about this industry giant. (I know that my report seemed a little negative, but it simply just my observations of the industry at this time. I still love Nintendo.)
To everybody, thank you for taking the time to go through this all, and have a great rest of your relative school years!
A ton of images. Included are pictures of the Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, the late Gunpei Yokoi, Reggie Fils-Aime (The CEO of Nintendo of America), a picture of the now very rare Amiibo toys, a pic of Nintendo at E3, a pic of Nintendo’s hanafuda cards that they apparently still make, and the rest are just funny images: internet memes regarding Nintendo that have spread like a disease.
Nintendo Direct is the online home for official and exclusive Nintendo news—broadcast directly to you, the player.
Nintendo’s most recent Nintendo Direct ‘podcast.’ The fact that it coincides with April Fools Day is... well... a coincidence.
Join us for a livestream from the show floor featuring game demos, developer intereviews, and more.
Nintendo Treehouse was a livestream event Nintendo did in conjunction with their E3 event back in 2014. I still have chills from how much hype they built up.
Nintendo is pouring salt on a fresh, Amiibo-shaped wound.
This is the first tweet Nintendo put out that really got their fans upset. Be advised, the content here may be inappropriate.
