temperature blanket success w/ a close up on my border!!!! i forgor to take pictures of the last few months individually but idc because it's DONEEEE im really happy with it and i do not think i will do one again any time soon or if i do it'll be for a historical year so i dont have to commit to such a long project but i am placing this blanket right on my bed at this moment and will be using it HENCEFORTH

the january square of my temperature blanket is complete!!!!! i love how it turned out, loveeeeeee the two blocks of light and dark purple :^) looking forward to february :3

temperature blanket square for June!! I'm quite far behind bc I was away from my yarn from the end of July thru to now so I'm catching up hehe... this may be the only instance of my warmest colour (dark pink) bc it was an average of 20°C that day but that is very rare this far north... ANYWAYS

a lil bit behind but i finally finished the may square for my temperature blanket :^) this is my new fav for sure, i love all the greens and yellow sm... also i debated for ages about how to mark my birthday and eventually decided to crochet with the day's colour plus a strand of green embroidery floss just to mark it without being obnoxious and i like it a lot! :3

april temperature square yahoo & yippee!!!! the amount of light blue on this is extremely thrilling to me just bc it looks so different to all the other ones :3 excited for may hopefully i will be able to use some warmer colours soon

#crupdate #tb23 #i was in london for 2 days this month and i considered using london temps BUT decided against it bc #i wasn't in aberden at the start of the year and i was using aberdeen temps there also... idk what i will do at the end of the year tho bc #i think for the last few months i'll probs be outside aberdeen IDK!!#ill think about that when i come to it !!

march square for my temperature blanket (⁠ ⁠´⁠◡⁠‿⁠ゝ⁠◡⁠`⁠) some REALLY cold days this month as evidenced by the band of pale pinky purple (the colour of the yarn is 'mushroom' which I love) but I like the purple stripes on the outer edge also

im doing a temperature blanket this year!!! same pattern as this one but i picked my own colours and chose my scale differently bc i live in aberdeen lol... for my colours i went for a standard rainbow but w/ more pastels/muted colours bc i'm not a fan of super bright rainbows)

anyway this is the square for january so far and i'm going to be crocheting one square for each month with each round's colour being the average temp for each day! im really excited to see how it develops and its honestly making me look forward to each day just so i can see what colour i'll be crocheting :^) ive wanted to do a temperature blanket a few times in the past but i couldnt find a pattern i liked enough, this one is just so simple and i LOVE moss stitch too so it's p perfect for me

february square of my temperature blanket hehe!!! lots more blues and a few greens this month, and i didn't use either of my two coldest colours!! also a big border around this one to get it to 33 rounds to match the others but i think it looks nice :3
