So, the Tsuakasa that showed up 6 months later is actually the REAL Tsukasa after Chapter 82 when he said, “Let’s go back together”.

Notice the panel where his mom finds him.

He’s still HOLDING THE BEAR in his left hand!

I would make a strong argument for Tsukasa actually loosing his sanity here.
