I HAVE DECIDED.

My Hunter + Titan (To Be Named, both) were Gordon-1’s old fireteam.

My Hunter (awoken, probably a Void Hunter) was first risen around the same time as Gordon-1. He’s still very confused, horrible at directions, and mostly relies on the Titan to keep the two of them on track. He’s incredibly good hearted, though, almost to a fault. Think Naruto vibes, except he’s a little smarter than Gordon but about a fourth as witty. He ran into Gordon while she was making her way to the Tower, and ended up following her because they were going to the same place anyhow, so why not make new friends? He insisted to be on her fireteam because he thought she’d be a good teammate.

My Titan (human, probably an Arc Titan) is an older Guardian who’s previous fireteam disbanded shortly before the time of Gordon + my Hunter were risen. She then volunteered to take in two rookies and mentor them, one being Gordon, and the other being the Hunter. She’s the smartest of the trio, usually would stop for tactical briefing and such. She kinda adopted the hunter and literally will throw hands with anyone who even so much as glances in his direction the wrong way.

Both of them nearly Died Died when Gordon ran off in the middle of a mission. They were, understandably, completely pissed and made it clear they would never work with her again. They also both have extreme trust issues with Warlocks now.

The two of them were there for the initial attack by the Red Legion, and were the ones who approached Gaul before the Traveler was sealed away, both thrown off the ship into the city below. When they awoke, they quickly united and immediately started saving any humans and Lightless Guardians they could find. Once they were able to gather a large number of them, they followed Zavala to Titan to help on that front.

Neither of them are aware that the ‘Hero of the Red War’, etc, is Gordon-1. They moved on from that quickly, and endlessly cycle their third member with any Kinderguardian comes around who needs a hand getting on their feed. They don’t learn of Gordon’s fate until shortly after the end of the events of the current season, when they get into a bit of a pickle and Gordon is called in to save them.
