The mask also vaguely resembles a gas mask if you squint, so maybe some kind of toxic fumes/radiation based Noh? Radiation, maybe he was involved with WWII, maybe was present when the bombs dropped. Along that line, maybe he met the other evil douji in the past with his master.

I'm thinking his animal is gonna be either an anteater or an elephant, though leaning towards the former because I think an elephant better fits a Bigger Guy, maybe even a jackel with the pointy ear bits, maybe Anubis inspired? Could make the rest of the mask look Egyptian.

He vaguely resembles Paresse with the lankiness, maybe he's also tall, not AS tall, but tallER.

He's on the evil side of the picture, so obviously evil aligned. Dragging out an old evil douji OC idea I had but never fleshed out, they was a group of four lesser evils based on the Four Types of Evil by Svendsen;

Demonic- Evil for Evil's sake

Instumental- Evil for the sake of a higher goal

Idealistic- Evil 'justified' for a higher cause

Stupid- Evil caused by ignorance

Obviously this was before the whole Incompetence thing with Vice came around, but this guys could be Idealistic, essentially a douji of warfare itself. If I make him that, his colors could be majority white, maybe with hints of red to symbolize a tainted purity. Though Instrumental could work, too, and he could have a much more... Industrial look to him.
