i have been going to therapy every week which has been helpful i think. kinda wondering if i should mention that i think im struggling with situational depression at the very least, maybe she can help me figure out if i should try to get on medication or something. i dont really know

vent about my relationship stuff again

my life is a confusing mess i dont know whats going on. my ex showed up at the house two weeks ago and explained to me that she got diagnosed with bipolar II and she said all this stuff about wanting to fix things with me and wanting to come home but shes having trouble leaving the guy she ran off with because basically hes a controlling abusive dickhead but its been weeks now and nothing has changed. she really did say all that stuff that i mentioned she said in that other post but she seemed so remorseful and ive been doing a lot of research on bipolar disorder and i believe that she was manic and maybe just saying shit she didnt mean but i dont know. i told her i trusted her because she seemed so determined not to let me down and shes getting medicated and in therapy every week now but i dont know. it is starting to feel like she doesnt actually wants help to get out of there. and he told her she wasn't allowed to come back here until i no longer lived here which is crazy because this is her mom's house but she hasnt been here since then so i havent seen her in person since that conversation, but we've been talking online a lot like on the low because shes not supposed to be talking to me. i cant tell if im being played or not. honestly that stuff really hurts too because i feel kinda like a side chick which is not how i ever expected to be feeling with someone im in love with who i have been with for 6 years. she says very nice and sweet things, shes making a lot of promises to me. she has made some really sincere sounding apologies to me. but i cant tell if she means it or not and its killing me. in two weeks it will be three months since all of this started which means a quarter of my year has just been eaten by all of this. and she tells me all this bad stuff about how he treats her and how bad the environment she lives in is (no money and no food and she doesnt even have her car most of the time because he takes her car whenever he leaves the house and shes drinking like every night and high very often) but im just completely powerless to help or do anything at all. she keeps saying she wants me to take care of her and look after her especially because theyre changing her meds around and i guess its causing her to rapid-cycle (flip flop between manic episodes and depressive episodes) and the guy she ran off with is not patient or understanding with her at all and isnt very supportive and i desperately want to look after her like i always have, i would help as much as she needed, but i just cant do anything from here shes so far away in another city now and i just cant get her to come home. i feel useless. im so stressed out and exhausted and i love her so much and im willing to work with her if she comes home since i know she had a pretty bad first manic episode and shes been so good to me in the 6 years we've been together but i just dont know whats real. i am so tired

#this is destroying my mental health #i got so upset earlier i puked into the bathroom sink and then cried for awhile #im sick for some reason. i think maybe the stress is making me sick. im losing my voice and everything #i want this all to work out okay i really do i desperately do #i know this is probably stupid after she hurt me as bad as she has but i just really think a lot of it is mania and she really has been an #awesome partner to me over the years and i just really cant ever see her doing all of this just like as herself #idk maybe im being delusional maybe in denial i dont know #she desperately wants me not to give up on her and she wants me to trust her and she says she has a plan and she is going to come home so i #trying to stay patient for her and its just so fucking hard #im exhausted #but at least if shes playing me i know what to do. i have an apartment application i will move out if needed #i am not going to wait forever and i told her that. i dont know how much more of this i can take i feel like im going insane #but we will see #i hope she shows me something soon. she said she wouldnt let me down. i am waiting for now #augh...#txt

I plan on blocking her once I move out :( I dont really think there's a point yet since she can just like. Show up at the house and talk to me. And she said shes going to be in town every week since shes going back to therapy every week now. If I block her I have to be sure that i actually have that control I guess if that makes sense... Her mom also drove me to therapy yesterday but I had to run errands with her all day and she had to meet up with my ex to have her sign some things and we literally had to go To His House because she couldn't meet up with us somewhere else because she didnt have her car for some reason. THAT was miserable. And she went out of her way to come say hi to me :/ But anyway yeah I plan on going no contact once I move out... well maybe low contact. I dont know... I'm going to take some of the cats I guess I feel like I might need a line of communication open for that??? I dont know aughh. I have no idea what to do lmao
