— Yatzil (at least thats what we call him) is a semi-god that represents the neutralness and lack of care in the humanity. He works aside to the three gods as a grim reaper, taking people who recently died to the Land of The Remembered or the Land of The Forgotten. He also helps writing the stories in the Book of Life. His backstory is unknown, he says he doesn't remember anything about it, also isn't quite open about it. He's quite a shy and closed person, he can be quite vague sometimes, hopefully as time sets in, he feels more comfortable in speaking. Though, he seems to be close to the rulers of the two afterlife lands, La Muerte and Xibalba. Be patient with him.

After rewatching both The Book of Life and Maya and the Three recently, I decided to give one of my Gravepainters fanbabies, Dulcea, a complete design overhaul.
I thought it would be sweeter if one of La Muerte’s daughters resembled her sister, Lady Micte. So I gave Dulcea markings that were more like hers, and I also made her hair dreadlocks as I’m a sucker for that kind of look.
And since Lady Micte had the ability to turn into an owl, I made Dulcea’s wings look similar to those of a barn owl.
