HI have u seen the news about the upcoming bnha movie ?? apparently hori said he'll be using ''something he had originally planned for the final battle of the manga'' in the movie to surpass izuku + all might fighting together in the last one... tbh i didn't even watch that movie cause i'm not a fan of bones' writing of the characters and stuff, but this makes me feel like horikoshi might actually be more involved in the writing process this time. what do you think? :3c

Did you see the poster for the second bnha movie it screams bakudeku rights

my doubts first: the script writer for this movie is the same as the last on (which is to say, the script writer for the anime which i too am :/ abt re:characterization) and horikoshi is, likewise, once again acting as general supervisor (and doing original character design) and in an interview (the one with oda iirc) he mentioned that he wanted to do more for the movie but ultimately couldn’t due to schedule restraints (i don’t envy weekly serialized mangaka). 

that said, horikoshi’s input for the movies is clearly centered on the main premise, the last one being all might’s backstory and deku & all might fighting together, and since, considering the promo image, i think it’s pretty safe to assume the main premise of this one will be bakugou & deku fighting together, i’d like to think that he’d give a good amount of attention to the way they and their relationship are written :0

and the now pluralized ‘you’ in “you’re next.” made me lose my shit despite my general disinterest in the movies so that’s got to count for something lol

Already kind of made my peace with whatever happens in Housing (Savage). I’ve picked out my likely ward and house and practiced my “route” and made all my preparations. But I’m already mentally prepared for the likely possibility that I won’t get the house I want, or any house at all. 

And I’m surprisingly not even the least bit bitter or mopey about it? (At least, certainly not compared to how upset I was during the last housing release when I got cheated by queues and couldn’t nab G&G a house in time.) 

The idea sucks, yeah, but well.. I’m not the only one who really enjoys housing and really wants a house and some of those people are going to nab a house -- maybe even their dream house -- and be ecstatic and I’m going to choose to be happy for those that succeed. If I do, too? Double ecstatic.

So all that to say.. Good luck on Housing (Savage) tomorrow, everyone! I really hope you all get that house you’re longing for. And if you don’t? Try your best to keep your chin up, even though I know that it sucks really hard. 

(Just please don’t take out your frustrations by being nasty to people who luck out. It’s not their fault that the housing system is such hot garbage for an overcrowded, high-housing-demand server like Balmung!)
