Hello, this is your humble lord and leader, Hidenori Tabata. The Ghosts are a little... understaffed right now, so I've decided to start a large campaign to return the gang back to its former glory.
I will acquire new members whether the person in question wishes to be a part or not! I do have my resources so Toshi beware!
APPLICATION FOR PROTECTION
We are now offering protection to the citizens of Toshi City.
This means two things; you will be protected from gang-related work from the Ghosts themselves.
You will be protected in your day-to-day life by members of the Ghosts.
They will not act as bodyguards, but they will be keeping an eye on you.
They can also be summoned to protect you in instances, using the 446787 number.
Ghosts are strictly forbidden from harming those under the 'Protected' status under any circumstances.
Protected citizens will appear at the end of the member's list with the rank 'PROTECTED'.

It was a good thing Jem had managed to set up his new phone properly. With a light shrug, he repeated the numbers out loud into his phone, which dialed it for him; he'd found a nice bench to sit on, taking the card with him. Last time strange phone-related objects had appeared around town, well... he hadn't come out of that one too well, but this one couldn't really be any worse.
It began to ring, and he held the phone to his ear, waiting for whatever was on the other end to pick up.
