For those of you who are wondering about the meaning that lies behind this tweet which was posted by Hikaru today〈(•ˇ‿ˇ•)-→

I am sure many of you are aware that Hikaru attended the TCFL (Toyama College of Foreign Langauges) before her time in Kalafina. Today marks the 8th Anniversary of an earthquake that devastated the city of Christchurch (New Zealand) in 2011. Among the victims there were also 12 Japanese students from Hikaru’s college. They were studying English on a foreign language trip.

Hikaru has talked about how this day affects her in a previous interview. It makes her question many things regarding her own life and its meaning.

Tonight I had dinner with one of my closest high school friends and her mom, who happens to be one my school's principals. I just love listening to her talk about her students and the stories she tells about them. It just makes me realize how much she loves them and what she does so much, she talks with such passion in her voice. Not a lot of people can talk like that about their job. This just makes me realize even more how grateful I am for my education. And that I had such wonderful and passionate teachers and directors who where always eager to teach us new things.
