Cassie watches her sharp words hit their target, a smile twitching at her lips. Don’t mistake this for happiness. She’s only happy she has the upper hand. Of course, Lena doesn’t want to give her the satisfaction of keeping it. The snark is hilarious. She would laugh her ass off if the tension wasn’t this thick.

And honestly? Lena’s right. Not about the specifics (he lasted so much longer than three minutes, and she came twice), but that it was unsatisfying. All she could fucking see when she closed her eyes as he pushed her over the edge the second time was Lena’s face. She kicked him out pretty damn fast after that, going to sleep upset and missing her. 

“Are you jealous?” she asks, tilting her head like she’s only curious. Intense and fixed on Lena, her stare betrays her. She’s aching for Lena to admit it or at least give a weak denial.
