A rumbling at his side sees him delve a hand into his pocket. Frowning at this, he expecting to be disturbed during what his handlers supervisors had declared was his free time, taking care to grip the sides of the phone in a pincer-like grasp as he raises it above his head for inspection. Head veering sideways, after a minute of contemplation, he unlocks the screen with a side-wards swipe of finger, revealing in the process an unexpected… gift…
It was a rare thing for him to see the ghost without his mask, let alone without his coat or any other garments for that matter. And yet here he was, witnessing the wraith in his most natural state, posing in an image that should infuriate those who held onto some measure of decorum. He, too, should be broiling over this, but rather than be filled with anger, a different sort of passion began to rage within him. A feeling that he hadn’t experienced in months– possibly years, given how long he spent beneath Talon’s thumb.
“Got to f i n d… the ghost!” Declaring his intent out loud, John absently drops the phone, which cracks and falls apart as soon as it hits the floor. It could’ve been useful in helping to track down Reaper, but it was evidently forgotten about. And the same goes for his magic, too; a simple scrying spell could assist him in divining the man’s location within minutes. As helpful as all this was, his scattered thoughts would eventually settle for yet another available option. And what was to try and seek out the wraith on foot.
After all, it shouldn’t too hard a task to do….right?
He’s never before participated in these kind of activities, when he was interested; he’d show it. When someone else was interested, he’d know. But teasing John has become something akin to a part-time job, something to waste time with.
Well, that and it was proving to be fairly interesting, too.
He’s not sure how he knows that John is looking for him- or maybe it’s to be expected. When blessed with a gift such as this, it’s not very surprising to find out that the one who received said gift is searching for him with all his might.
His mask is nowhere to be seen, probably just turned into smoke to make things easier- and it’s not like he wears the mask constantly either. Regardless, he had donned his clothes again, shoving his hood over his head and slipping out of his room, throwing his phone onto his desk before leaving the room and letting it lock behind him.
He found John pretty easily and Reaper swirled over to him with a grin, all fangs and teasing.
“Looks like you liked my little gift.” he purrs, pressing John against the wall and moving closer; their faces only inches away from each other. He lets his gaze wander across John’s facial features before pulling away and visibly checking him out.
“You can have the real thing. Even touch it, if you want.” his grins widens, and he’s pressing closer again, letting their breaths mingle together.
“After all, you’ve been a good boy, haven’t you? Good boys deserve treats, don’t they?”
