Snippet writing for the "TDA verse" stuff I think of.

The technology to grant regular humans the so called "meta human" abilities, the "Super Powers" granted by the Empowered Elixir, are both terrible and awe-inspiring, terrifying and hope-bringing. Perhaps, the Elixir would have been less terrible and terrifying initially, were the initial mass production of it not acquired by Capitalists. Sadly, following the second world war, the Western Governments, blinded by power and greed, mass produced it in ways that it should never been. Using their citizens as lab-rats to create new strains of the Elixir, abusing the concoctions to create armies of super powered citizens. In the near century after the second world war, the scars are still felt. ... The Elixir now beats in the hearts of billions of Earth's citizens, the majority of humans how "stable strain", descendent of those who took the Elixir, by choice or by force.

The Terran Defence Alliance, the global "Super Hero" Organization, safeguards all of Earth and the Citizens.

Established after series of international conflicts as a result of "genetic arms races" and "hyper technology mishaps" during the 1950s through 1970s.

The main stories I think of for the TDA verse take place in the 2040s.

The idea of the series is in-part, is to remove "Sliding Timescale" from Super Hero stories.

My Hero Setting, the TDA Verse.

The "Earth Capital", is on The Moon, the Dome City of Laika (named after the dog).

A portal hub between Earth's Cities,as well as possessing museums, universities, and cultural centers.

A symbol of peace and hope.

The Planetary Senate is a satellite station, changes location every month to ensure the political leaders see every side of Earth.

My Hero Verse, the TDA verse, has no "Police Force".

Standardized Social Food/Housing/Income and the like removes most petty crime, and lack of a "Wealthy Class" removes most large scale stuf.

There is still "Detectives" who investigate the few murders and the like, working as the Forensics Guild.

...

Heroes are like, 90% EMT/Firefighters/First-responders, with 9% being disaster relief experts....

And 1% working WMD against alien invasion (who in their free time tend to be scientists)

My Superman-expy OC, William (aka Grand Guardian) has a twin sister.

Basically, when Roger (aka Commander Alliance) found the pod containing William, Roger’s wife Rebbeca was pregnant with their originally planned first child (Kathrine).

So, after some paper-work foraging and minor deal-making, William and Kathrine were registered as twins when Kathrine was born.

Anyone who questioned why Kathrine (a smaller baby) had a significantly larger/more-developed twin was met with angry glares from Roger, Rebbeca, and all the oath-sworn meta-humans under Roger’s Command.

Telepathic Hero who's mind reading/mind control powers work at a limited range. Who effectively needs to be within 2 or 3 meters for powers to work.

My character, Frederick Blackstone, aka "Doctor Override", is stuck with that.

His power can bypass/crush most psychic defenses, including artificial ones, but outside his limited range he can't scan or control at all.

Leads to him needing to run everywhere to get into range, and risking his neck dodging gunfire.

TDA verse thinkings, The Elected Council of Sagas.

Based on the founding twelve heroes of the TDA, the global hero organization, The Saga Council is an internationally elected leadership, elections every ten years, that address international policy for the TDA (Terran Defense Alliance).

2 Seats have predetermined holders. The Voice of Gaia, representative of the World Soul herself, always has the Seat of Dawn. The Abiter Blades, internal affairs for the tda and holders of the Damocles Swords, must always have one of their Elites at the Council, thus hold the Seat of Dusk.

The Voice and The Blade do not vote normally. They voice their options diring debates, but during voting, they abstain, until a tie is had. Gaia gets the tiebreaker vote, though if she is uninterested or unsure, then she will pass it to the Blades.

The other seats, the Voting seats, are drawn from the ranks of different divisions of the TDA, though a person cant hold a voting seat twice.

Seats are typically named by the Holder, though there tends to be some consistent names, like the Seat of Zenith belonging to one elected from the Professors at the Hero Universities, or the Seat of Fire being Military.
