My Superman-expy OC, William (aka Grand Guardian) has a twin sister.

Basically, when Roger (aka Commander Alliance) found the pod containing William, Roger’s wife Rebbeca was pregnant with their originally planned first child (Kathrine).

So, after some paper-work foraging and minor deal-making, William and Kathrine were registered as twins when Kathrine was born.

Anyone who questioned why Kathrine (a smaller baby) had a significantly larger/more-developed twin was met with angry glares from Roger, Rebbeca, and all the oath-sworn meta-humans under Roger’s Command.

William, nodding: "Shall I carry you to the ship, or will you get there yourself?"

Lilith, jumping onto his shoulder: "Fly my pretty! FLY!"

got a headcanon that just about all of smallville, if not actually everyone, already knows superman's true identity but they just take it in strie because of course a super powered being raised from childhood by the kents would turn out like superman. Extra that at one point the smallville civil office gifted him adoption papers declaring clark as john and martha's son

Pretty much canon?

The Smallvile era always interests me.

Going to be interesting going forward, given Superman in future adaptations will probably outright be millenial (if not younger). How technology will impact that.
