Teabowls! The clay blistered so these are all unsellable and trash! On the bright side tho, I got some good info from them.

I like the whale but I think it needs to pop a little more somehow. The waterfall cup is still kinda disappointing. Maybe if it give it a black background or something? I think the glaze for the skyward sword one is good, if I have more of the iron burning through to give it a weathered look. And then I think the glaze for my star mug turned out just about perfect!

British Early 19th Century Tea Bowl.

Our second assignment in ceramics was tea bowls so I made festival of the lost themed tea bowls! I call them the tea bowls of terror!

Next assignment is makeing a cup/mug so we made clay sketches. We went from usable to non useable so I made one a nest and put le chicks in it XD

The pottery wheel got me going circle mode

Trying out something new! The idea is stained glass or like, the sky through a window. Theoretically the clay will turn purple and blue after firing, but it’s my first time with mason stains so I’m not sure I put enough of the pigment in lol.
