On earth most animals aim to be symmetrical and so have an even amount of limbs. Reading that Rocky had five left me puzzled, obviously he's an alien, but was there precedent in nature for such a phenomenon? What was the point of five rather than 4 or 6? ...Then, I looked at my own hands and felt silly. Still, that connection made me happy.

[Digital project hail mary art. Earth and erid float on either side of the canvas with the planet adrian in the middle. Two colored lines have been drawn out from each planet, a yellow line coming from earth and a red line from erid. The red line goes from erid to adrian, circling it many times, and returning home. The yellow line also joins the circling of adrian, begins to retreat back to earth, but turns around to join the red line, merging with it to create an orange line back to erid. End ID.]
Another piece out of my backlog
A mini PHM comic about Grace growing old. I wanted to explore two ideas: Rocky dealing with Grace’s dementia and Grace wanting to donate his body to science. I spend so much time on figuring out the dialogue (some part still feel clunky to me) but I hope it express my thoughts on where I think Grace’s life would go :)
