The traditional way of cultivating tea trees in Yunnan is called "Gushu Cha", meaning old tree tea, i.e., letting them grow naturally in a forest and hand-picking only. As a result, plenty of wild orchids happily dwell in the tea forest. When you see so many orchids on the trees, you know the tea is going to be high quality and taste amazing.
