Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles, (God put the Taylor in my hand). A couple of days ago, as a belated Secret Santa gift, I received a Taylor tea thermometer/timer! I've wanted one of these for AGES and it works like a dream. It's super easy to use and really convenient! It even has preset steep times and temperatures for seven different types of tea. And it helpfully beeps and flashes when your water is at the right temperature and the tea is done steeping - no more accidentally forgetting your tea for an hour and coming back to an oversteeped mess! I highly recommend this instrument to anyone interested in brewing high quality teas that require lower temperatures.
