Somebody got her first library card!!😁 When she asked me last week if she could have one, I told her no and we argued about it because I thought she would lose it. Then I thought better of it because why not? She wanted one and asked for it. It helps her get excited about reading a major plus! It is in fact teaching her responsibility. Boy was I wrong and I told her so. I make mistakes all the time and learning to just let them grow accordingly is on me. We go every Thursday and she is going to enjoy using her very own card now.
