#worldbookday Two of my favorites from childhood. What are yours? My dog-eared Wind in the Willows, a gift from my grandmother when I was 10 ... mom & dad read it to all three of us kids while we were tucked up in bed. 💕 And I read Milly-Molly-Mandy when I was five. Went to #barnsandnoble today and picked out a few books for #Theodorable . Pig the Winner is the 3rd book in a series of Pig the Pug. It's by Aaron Blabey and it's funny and a easy read for ages 6-7. I highly recommend it. Now this is the first hardcopy I found from this book series so it was a pretty penny, $14.99. But if you buy a child's hardcover book you get Mother Bruce by Ryan T. Higgins for only $7.99. It was a good deal and it was even better than the Pug book. I couldn't help laugh at the story progressed. I extremely recommend these two books. I am gonna place an order for the other Bruce books, apparently there are 3 more in the series. #teachyourkidstoread #readtoyourkidseveryday (at The Valdez-Moorman Homestead)
