Hello again. :) Do any of you have a specific place/location along the beach or boardwalk that you especially like for hunting or for hanging around? (Or that you tend to "haunt" more than the others?)
Hey boys! Sorry it’s been so long, you’re all just too damn cool and I’m shy af. What are some of your favorite places to chill around Santa Carla that’s not the resort? @theyreonlynoodles //Combining these two because they are similar/
“We live in our own wonderland,” Marko stated like it wasamazing but no big thing at the same time. After the many years they’d spent there it was all too familiar, but thedazzle and intrigue never died. The townwas a plethora of oddities drawn in by the bright lights and carnival atmosphere. Around every corner, even the darkest ones, laysomething new. “I like to hang out on the rooftops overlooking the town when Ihunt. You’d be amazed how many morts out there are calling my name.” He chuckled. “And when I’m not, there’s an old bar nearthe edge of town we like. One of those places that’s still clouded with smokeon the inside, and they serve their burgers any way you like them, even nearraw.”
“I like taking my dates there,” Paul joked. With him, thethrong of warm bodies brushing up against him while hurrying here or there waswhere it was at. It reminded him ofbeing near the mosh pit at a concert, and it allowed the perfume of their bloodto jolt his senses. That way, he couldreally get a feel for what he was hungry for that night. “I like trying my luck at the arcade. Lots of games in there, and it’s super easyto blend in.”
“Then sometimes we fly up to San Francisco and hang outthere,” Dwayne added. There wasn’t anything in particular about the area, justa slight change of scenery, trolley cars, and China Town.
“Or Los Gatos,” Paul continued. “Just for shits and giggles, am I right? Maxcan’t be in two places at once.” He wasreferring to the second video store their head vampire owned and how they lovedto piss him off by unnerving the patrons.
“There’s another bar downtown,” David interrupted, eventhough he wasn’t above talking about Max and what made him twitch, but the thoughtof sitting near the pool table while the other three played a game set themood. “A little classier, but not enoughto turn us away. They carry the goodstuff. You can sit, if you’re in the mood and have a glass of whiskey and acigar.”
“Or you can sit at the edge of the bridge while the trainpasses by!” Paul exclaimed as if the thundering sound of the locomotive waspresent.
Marko shrugged. “We’reall over the place. I mean, hell, you don’t have to go far for a good meal anda good time around here. Sometimes I catch Paul just hanging out by the corn dogstand.”
“Hey, they got good dogs!”
