I will try to explain , even if we didn't used it personally and I don't front much .

So , BAH is a helpful tool for anyone , who desires to build a new member or existing member of system .

Sometimes it's hard for other members / undeveloped members to understand what kind of headmade they want to have or be .

BAH is like a spreadsheet , but not for characters , instead for headmates , starting with names and appearance , ending with personality traits and many more ¡ Remember , this is only a tool for you / other members .

Of course , you can make this spreadsheet yourself , but sometimes it's much easier when someone else does it , because you get a new perspective on your future headmate .

So you take the spreadsheet from others (there are plenty of finished BAH posts or you can request it) and :

For existing fragments / undeveloped headmate : taking parts of information they like or feel connected and implement it .

For new members : well , I guess you should check how willogenic systems or tulpamancers are doing that , they can help . You can ask Plural Party ( community here , in Tumblr ) for example , I'm sure someone will help with that ¡

But I know that sometimes results can be different from desired , so keep that in mind too .

The reasons why systems / members are doing this are multiple : needing a headmate with specific function or role , being addgenic , a fragments who wish to develop into whole headmates and need some help , or just for fun and many other reasons ¡
