Physically we were on the swing for a while, and then we went to talk about stuff through the journal .
It's very cool , in the journal it seems like talking is better and formulating thoughts is also much easier . Although body's hand is tired after that .
And in the headspace we first walked down the street hand in hand , and then ate ice cream in a special cafe <3 .
The police had a variety of weapons, from rubber batons to firearms and protection.
But the Ukrainians went around with their bare hands or made some kind of protection from improvised materials (armor from pillows or a saucepan instead of a helmet) and defended their freedom.
I remember live broadcasts where people stood up, fought and defended each other from the police.
People stood for 94 days from November 21, 2013 to February 22, 2014. Three months!
I was 10-12 years old at the time, so I could not take direct part.
And the Russians did not even try… I still remember the recordings where three dozen Russians were running away from one policeman.
None of my Russian "friends" went to the demonstration.
They began to repeat the theses of Russian propaganda in unison, and a quarter of them even wished me death because I did not wait for salvation from Russia.
The Russian rallies against the war were small and lasted no more than a week..

I want to share an interesting way we learn German vocabulary that worked for us. I would also be interested to hear if anyone else has tried something similar.
For this, we needed the Anki app, or any similar app where you can create your own flashcards.
On the front side we leave an image associated with the word and a sentence *in English with the underlined word we want to learn in German.
On the back we put the translation of the sentence into our native language (Ukrainian), and at the bottom the exact word we want to remember.
And most importantly! We had to write down not just the word, but in the case of nouns: their grammatical gender and plural form. In the case of adjectives: degrees of comparison. In the case of verbs: their form in the past tense (Präteritum and Perfekt)
It's very strange that this works, because not only do we not fully consciously keep remembering English, but we are actively remembering German.
Regarding verbs: In fact, this is the most difficult way to remember it, so on the back we write an example sentence not only in our native language, but also in German, so that we can see it in context.
Of course, this approach is not enough by itself, we need to actively use the new words we have learned, read literature, or write something.
But it's just works with us.
That's why I'm quite proud of my system. They've always had problems learning languages and new words, and inventing this approach speeds up learning and integrating into society. Which is pretty awesome.
*Not in your native language, but in any other languages you would like to know or master besides the primary language. Personally, we started with Esperanto, but then switched to English.

As someone wASPD I don’t believe people understand what I mean when I say my boredom is insufferable.
Most people hearing me say im bored think I just don’t have anything to do at the moment but it’s not that, even in things that should be “exciting” are boring. It’s a continuous endless of being under stimulated no matter what I do, and anything risky only brings me a rush that lasts mere seconds & disappears as fast as it came, an endless cycle for all of eternity.
