Drafting the most nerdy hero team ever
I recently had an idea. I was thinking about who might be on the ultimate fiction hero team. True protectors of the multiverse. I don’t know if I’m explaining this great but it makes sense to me! Like, imagine some being sees a threat to the multiverse and decides to get the most radical collection of characters together in order to try and beat them. Like Marvel’s guardians of the multiverse but it’s across all types of media. Warning, I haven’t actually experienced some of these medias so I might share something a little wrong but I think I got it for the most part.
1. Optimus Prime
Do I need to explain this? Like truly he is one of the characters of all time. He’s definitely the leader.
2. Percy Jackson
I was originally going to go with Harry Potter but I think Percy Jackson is more relevant today and less controversial. He is literally a Demigod too so I’d say he could keep up (although I don’t know his powers). He’s our literary magic boy rep.
3. Luke Skywalker
Of course we got the poster boy for the hero’s journey. Also just cool guy overall from a galaxy far far away. He would totally get along with Optimus too I think. I think most Jedi could fill his role like Obi-Wan but Luke is THE Jedi knight so we go with him.
4. Twilight Sparkle
Now we’re getting somewhere. I admittedly don’t know anything about MLP other than the fact that they can sometimes have Dragon ball esque sequences and I can only assume that Miss Sparkle is contributing to that. Speaking of dragon ball…
5. Goku
I think consistently being labeled as “the most powerful character in fiction” gets you enough points to make this list. He’s our anime rep since it’s so important to nerd and pop culture.
6. Superman
A lot like Optimus I see Superman as one of the characters of all time. He also is pitted against Goku a lot so that tells you plenty about his power level.
7. Kirby
Kirby is our video game rep because obviously we need one. Now some might see Kirbo here and not think much of him, but bro fights gods on the regular and then goes to bed like nothing happened. He also has ability copying abilities so imagine he swallows a reality warper.

There are so many more characters I think could be added. Like, I was thinking about Michelangelo from TMNT and Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games but they aren’t as powerful as some of these guys are. Then I thought about SpongeBob but his toon force may be too powerful. Overall I think I drafted a pretty good team to defend the Multiverse from peril. It actually embarrassing how many ideas and inspiration has hit me. I’m also getting ideas for a villain team.
