Orihime immediately adopts Nemu as her other best friend. Orihime & Tatsuki take Nemu everywhere after she moves in with Uryuu– shopping, to restaurants, aquariums, festivals. Nemu likes to go out with them. Orihime’s silly, but it’s impossible not to adore her, and Tatsuki’s energy is infectious.
Chad & Nemu don’t speak much, but their company is both calm & acclimated to their reclusive quirks. They’re comfortable around each other, & Chad proves to be incredibly intuitive to Nemu’s moods where Uryuu lacks.
Ichigo & Nemu aren’t super tight but Nemu doesn’t dislike him. Ichigo’s glad to see Nemu away from Mayuri & is glad to help Nemu with whatever she doesn’t understand in World of the Living when Uryuu’s not around. Ichigo helps Nemu forge a resume & diploma a few years into her waitressing job. Nemu has the experience from her time as a shinigami to be a researcher, she just doesn’t have the papers for it which Ichigo arranges to have fixed.
Rukia is probably even more proud of Nemu. She’s more familiar with how unbearable Mayuri is, being in the Seireitei herself. Since Rukia hasn’t moved into the World of the Living like Nemu, they don’t talk outside of when Rukia is visiting. They get along, though. Nemu recalls a lot of good memories in the SWA & other silly moments in the Seireitei with Rukia. Rukia helps Uryuu pick out gifts for Nemu like nice kimono, jewelry, etc.

Uryuu & Nemu don't decorate for holidays, which Orihime thinks is an absolute crime, so she has to "sneak" into their apartment Uryuu just lets her in tbh & decorate for them.
