TEAM PORTAL CHASERS
Alexis - he's a nerdy social outcast who recently (and reluctantly) joined theater at the behest of his best friend Ryder. he also happens to be gay and majorly crushing on the captain of the soccer team, Mack. but when he discovers that he can open wormholes at will, things start to get super complicated.
Kali - she's the captain of the field hockey team and complete oblivious to her popularity, especially after breaking up with Mack. as the leader of the Portal Chasers, she's incredibly headstrong and commanding, plus a weapons master specializing in archery and close-range blades... with a big family secret.
Ryder - he's the only straight guy that does theater at school. a good mix of confident and insecure and a bit of a social butterfly. (even though he's Alexis' best friend.) he's the "support" member of the Chasers, able to sense the energy given off by wormholes, but his powers extend far beyond.
Evan - she's the girl that can do it all: scientific prodigy since age seven, captain of the swim team, and the star of every school musical. being a part of the chasers allows her to be a part of something bigger, and to test out her knack for being able to make objects vibrate at high frequencies.
Hemera - she's the single mother of Ryder, but before that she was an interdimensional witch with a mysterious and dangerous list of clientele. now she helps the portal chasers keep their world from falling apart, but what was her reason for bringing the chasers together in the first place?
