What's the limit for PLSM semblances? What's the largest barrier Willow can create/longest she can have it up? How long can Linen copy be active? How long could Marco hold a light in his hands before it burned out? And how many OTPs can Persies make in one day?

At full strength, about the size of a minivan, and can hold around 8 persons behind it!

If Willow's barrier is bigger, is it weaker, or just use more aura?

A little bit of both really, there’s a balance to the cost and output for her semblance.

She can fine tune how much aura she wants to put into the barrier, and how thin she wants it to be.

If Willow is stuck to her barrier, if she was falling, would summoning one catch her since they can't move, so she'd be just hanging by her arms in midair instead on falling to the ground?

Willow’s barriers are bound to her, not the other way around. She can move her barriers about.

If she’s falling, and she activates her barriers, she’ll still fall.

However, unlike the plywood lifesaver myth, Willow can actually slow her descend a little with her barriers held over her head like a parachute, the impact will still be hard, but not life threatening. This is because she can spread her barriers as thin as possible(as well as to give it a sort of parachute-like curvature) to cover more area.

In combat she’ll have her barriers up to a certain thickness, too thick and it’ll be difficult to maneuver around.

I answered this before, but I guess it was too cluttered for people to see, my bad!

Basically, anything within his aura is cloned along with Linen himself, but said objects would merely be an image copy, and will not function other than as a battering instrument.

Duplicating things also uses more aura than usual, relative to the size and mass of the object.

Finally, said object stays affixed to his body relative to the position it was held in, so:
