so there was this little teams presentation in planica tonight, and the question was that someone from each team picks a winner in tomorrow’s competition

michi represented austria and wrote rrrrrobert kranjec??😭😭it had the public (and kraft) cry out of laughter

zografski said wellinger will win🤭

none of the finns showed up lmao

foubert voted for our žaba🐸(the heart??)

cecon voted for domen(it seems like that all italians have a great friendship with him)

nikaido said that noriaki will win

tbh i don’t remember who was writing for kazakhstan but they picked timi

hille said eisei will win(hille i’ll keep your word for that)

none of the polish norwegian and romanian guys showed up

hektor said that eisei will win!! he got a shoutout for the first slovak flight over 200m

kos said that robert hrgota will win (he had to add the <3)

peier said that kobayashi will win

kalinichenko apparently said that lanisek and domen will share the win😭

all in all this was a very funny presentation with a lot of fun moments and comments from the teams, as a kraftböck girly i was SCREAMING,karl talked about eisei etc

I totally forgot about the time difference, so that was a fabulous thing to wake up to today! Less suspense for me anyway.

Again, another beautifully designed launch. Without the other categories, I liked that the bikes were there the whole time but still hidden (that red silky drape was so pretty). Also, the riders’ entrance with Pecco and Marc in silhouette? Love the drama. That had clearly been well rehearsed as well and it went off without any weird fumbling.

I could live without the talking to the CEO and this dude and that dude, and the AI stuff, but that’s a me thing.

We knew it was going to be red, and it was lol. I like the slightly different shades if it on the bike, aaaaand the red stretch panels in the upper body of the suit are exactly what I kinda wanted Gresini to have? Like colour drench, let the logos and design elements stand out, and then black for the lower body is fabulous.

In the interviews afterwards, which I have not watched in their entirety because I have to earn my living, I LOVE that Marc wore the tailored black pants with the team gear. Slightly elevated yanno? And his platform sneakers for some ✨spice✨

Pecco likes his light wash jeans, and he wasn’t chilly I guess with his short sleeves on. I will watch some more and probably come up with more to yap about, but I liked it!
