Pushed myself through a pretty great arm workout yesterday. Here's one of my favorite finishers: running the rack with hammer curls. At the end of most arm workouts (before I do touch-up training on shoulders and abs), I'll do the following. Set 1: 10 reps @ 35 lbs, 10 @ 30, 10 @ 25 Set 2: 10 reps @ 40, then 35, then 30, then 25 Set 3: 10 reps at 45, 40, 35, 30 Set 4: 25 lb reps to failure.
