SATURDAY MORNING DRILL 1 minute Jumping Jacks 1 minute body weight squats 30 seconds Burpees 45 seconds Pike Push UPS 1 minute rest 3-5 sets #Fitfam The picture above is the Pike Push UPS and it forms part of our Saturday morning drill. The Jumping Jacks is a form of warm up to get your blood flowing, and gets you pumped for the Body weight squats which Targets your lower body. Burpees is a full body strength training, 😉 we all love the Burpees, targets all the parts of your body(arms, chest, legs, abs etc). We finish off with the Pike Push UPS, which Targets your shoulders primarily. All four exercises should be done as a circuit. This means your deserved rest only comes after the last on the list(Pike Push UPS ). Time estimate of 3 sets is 9-12 minutes depending on Your Level Of fitness/rest time. Do as many sets as you can. So there you have it. Bodyweight Exercises to target all the muscles in your body, while taking your heartbeat to a different level. No Gym, No Problem.
