We were out there.. At Douglass in Leesburg. This is one of my daughter's favourite places so I have been waiting for the weather to be right. Good/Bad: [Good] Was nice not to be the only father there. None of them were interacting, engaged or participating but they were there. Several kids made friends and spoke to me. [Bad] No one spoke to Kaya. The stares get bigger as she does. She looks "normal" so no one understands why dad is speaking so close, holding her hand, sharing a swing, etc. I used to stare back and/or aggress but Kaya doesnt seem to care about them so now I dont either. She never stops teaching me.
